We love this recipe served over a bed of mixed arugula and other greens.
I also use fresh grapefruit sections.
Great flavor and easy especially if you live in Southern Ca. and have citrus trees.

this was almost inedible. it's my first disappointment from Bobby, and I'm surprised. The entire family hated it, which never happens, either. I'm going to work on it though, because all of the ingredients are things I love.
Perhaps some measurements would have helped. My grapefruit was very large, so I reduced it like a previous reader suggested. My serrano chilies were also larger than usual, but with the giant grapefruit it seemed like it would be okay. I added a little extra oj to try to keep the proportions right, but still, really bad.

This was "DA BOMB!". My kids even ate it and that says something. I can't wait to do it again. I caught all this red snapper in B.C. and have had a heck of a time finding a solid recipe for it. Found one!!!. MMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmMMMMMMMMMMMM

I don't know if I just happened to have REALLY juicy grapefruit or what...I ended up with about a quart of "juice"...had nice flavor, but hardly something to be spooned over the fish...sooooooo...I reduced it...WOWOWOWOWOW..and my husband says he would love to have it again!!

The sauce made the fish tasted like some dish made from top restaurants. It's quick & easy, 2 thumbs up!

I'm a novice at best and this was easy. I used Haddock and my wife who really doesn't like fish enjoyed this dish very much. Looks like they'll be more Haddock in our future.

After reading the comments of previous cooks, I tweaked the mojo recipe and enjoyed it over grilled tilapia. I added 1/2 a grapefruit juiced and doubled the grapefruit zest and I only used 1 hot pepper. Tangy sweet with a nice kick! I look forward to using this tweaked recipe again.

I love grapefruit and thyme but didn't care for the mojo sauce. Thought it might be the serrano chiles so I made it again without them. Liked it better but still not what I had hoped for. Maybe it's just not to my taste. Made the rest of the recipes from the Light and Fresh episode and everything else was great!

I did not care for this recipe. There were too many things going on in this mojo, and not really enough of any one of them except thyme. One tablespoon was way too much, and all I could think was that this would have been so much better with cilantro instead of lime. I love grapefruit juice, but think I prefer lime and lemon based mojos instead. I will not be making this again as the recipe is listed, but it has inspired me to try some variations, which is why it gets two stars instead of one.
