I was a bit skeptical of the ingredient combination...but it was love at first taste...the complexity of this dressing is awesome...so many layers of flavor.
I used 4 cloves of garlic and anchovy paste...I can hardly wait to serve to company.

The smoky flavor of the grilled romaine combined with the spicy kick of the dressing make this recipe a keeper. Everyone we have served this salad to has absolutely loved it! Highly recommend making it.

We make this often and its always a hit. At first people are leary of grilled lettuce, but it is just wonderful. I have also added roasted red peppers and grilled corn to the salad, which adds some pretty color as well as texture. Instead of regular croutons I make cornbread and make croutons out of that.

One of my favorite salads, Thanks Bobby

I've made this salad several times. It is awesome. I only used 6 roasted garlic cloves instead of 8. I always have chipoltles because when I open the can I put them in a small freezer container and when I need some I just take them out of the freezer. This is my husbands favorite.

Great recipe; I tried it with low fat mayo to reduce calories and it stayed true to the flavor. I even tried it with a dried pablano pepper because I was out of chipotle peppers on another occasion and it worked like a dream.

I love that this recipe allows for endless possibilities!
    Thanks :

Made the ceasar dressing for a dinner party and the guests started sopping it up with bread! BIG HIT!

this is my favorite caesar dressing- I use anchovy paste and very little of it-even with anchovy fillets I use half- otherwise too fishy.

This is really good. I prefer alot garlic, but if you don't, I would cut it back some. I used extra hot sauce in place of the chipotle flavor (didn't feel like running to the store. I also like my lettuce cold and crisp so I would probably not grill the leaves again (although the flavor was good. All in all, a great caesar dressing!

Had this dressing at the Mesa Grill in Caesars Palace. I couldn't get enough of it. Will definitely make this for all who want a little spice in their lives!
