    With the exception of Anonymous below... I want to take all the reviews and just repeat what y'all have said! We have a charcoal grill so instead of placing the fillet directly on the grates (to avoid sticking I used a grilling pan I have. (I have used the mustard sauce with ham, roast beef - whatever you dress with it becomes outstanding! We cook salmon year round... this is cat's meow of salmon! Thanks Bobby!

    I used regular lettuce with some diced tomatoes and red wine vinegar with s/p for the watercress salad. Simple replacement. And i even used maple syrup as a replacement for the honey and it still turned out great. Im a college student, i prepped before class and came home and grilled it up in less than 15 minutes. Easy meal to make granted you have ingredients.

    I am a culinary student in my last year of my studies and we have make things that don't have a recipe sometimes but I was fortunate enough to get to use this recipe and it was wonderful even the Chef gave it wonderful reviews. The mustard sauce gave it a flavor that went great with the salad.

    This is by far the best dinner I have ever made. It was not expensive, healthy and the best the flavors are wonderful. I made the dressing and tasted it, it did not taste that good, but when I put it on the salmon it was incredible. My husband was not a fan of salmon and now he wants this dinner more often. Thanks so much for an inexpensive healthy dinner!!!!!

    This sauce is such a nice change from the usual store-bought marinades we've always used. The sauce turned out thick for me, but that made the dish a little heartier. My husband practically licked his plate! Bobby, you know how to combine flavors like no one else!
