I dont care for fish much but this one is amazing. I make the glaze in bulk (because it stinks up the house and use it over and over its so yummy

This was a grat recipe. I found the salmon needed to be cooked more than suggested, and the relish was a bit too spicy. But overall amazing taste. I highly recommend this recipe.

This was a very tasty recipe. The glaze is lovely with the salmon. I broiled the salmon, as oppose to grilling it. Rainy Holland weather to blame. The recipe still turned out very nice. The tomato relish was a great compliment to the fish. My husband really like this menu alot. I will definitely be making this recipe again.

I served this dish as a main course at a dinner party for 6. EVERYONE loved it...two of the guest "never" eat salmon, and they finished their plate. I also served the potato salad and Passion Fruit Sangria...the combanation made for a great evening!

The sherry vinegar this recipe calls for is difficult to find. I mixed so white wine vinegar and sherry and reduced instead. It threw the consitency of the glaze off I believe, but the flavor was great. I'm sure with the Sherry Vinegar, it would have been better.

However, the bigger problem is this recipe isn't formatted correctly on the website, and the recipe ends prematurely, trailing off mid sentence.
