This was really good. I 'halved' the recipe, since I was the only one eating it (everyone else wanted plain grilled salmon - BORING!, so I just boiled 1/2 cup sherry vinegar down to 1/8 cup, etc...it turned out great! VERY easy to make, and nice that it could be made ahead of time. I don't like plain grilled salmon, and this recipe, simple as it was, really added a ton of delicious, fresh flavors. Highly recommend it!

I love this recipe. Easy and delicious. I used chipotle chili powder instead of ancho because I had it on hand, and it was super spicy, so I reduced the red pepper in the tomatoes, which made a perfect balance. So wonderful!

This is an excellant recipe. It was easy to prepare and delicious. I'm looking forward to making it again! It was very good with the sherry vinegar but i am going to try it with balsamic next time.

This is the best recipe for salmon, I wasnt a huge fan of salmon until my husband tried this recipe, now we make this at least once a month.. I love the tomato relish with it, it completes the dish

I made this for a dinner party and it was fantastic! A little spicy yet crispy on outside. The presentation was great with the tomato relish on top. I am filing this one away and using it over and over. Everybody raved at how yummy and perfectly cooked the salmon was!

I have made this recipe numerous times and it always pleases my guests and/or family. It is very flavorful and satisfying. Plus the colors are nice. I almost always serve it with a jasmine rice pilaf and generally something like steamed green beans with sliced almonds. Fresh and tasty, PLUS a lot of it can be prepped ahead of time.

I thought this recipe was just ok. I guess my expectations were higher given the ingredients. I wasn't bad, but honestly, it wasn't that flavorful either.

I loved this recipe! I didn't make the radish part, just the salmon. The sauce was quite easy to make, and then I grilled the salmon on the BBQ that was brushed with olive oil to prevent sticking to the surface. A great, simple flavor that makes it a perfect summer flavor. We added wild rice and sauteed garlic green beans.
