I made this recipe twice this summer and everyone raved about it. I will keep this in my recipe box. Tastes even better the next day for lunch!

This was a delicious salad. Light, fresh and flavorful. I followed the recipe as written. I am already craving this dish.

I have prepared this recipe three times now and it has been fantastic each time. When we are finished, my wife and I look at each other and exclaim how great the meal was, we highly recommend it. It is very easy to prepare and you won't have to worry about left overs. it is a light dish, but if you are serving it as a main dish for dinner as we do, just up the shrimp count and have at it.

This summer I made this for a dinner party and it was a huge hit! I served it with gorgonzola crostini (french bread, buttered & grilled then smeared with crumbled gorgonzola cheese. I had 5 women ask me for the recipe. I served this on a large platter with the crostini around the edges. The presentation was great and the taste was even better.

Very tasty. I marinated the shrimps with salt, pepper, olive oil, minced fresh garlic, shallots and ginger before cooking. Since I'm lazy to start the grill, I sauted the shrimps on the pan for 1-2 minutes each side. It turned out pretty good too.

I'm an average cook who loves to try new recipes. This salad was so easy and my dinner party guests went crazy for it. It's great for the summer time as well.
