Maaaaaaaannnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!! This was sooooooo GOOD! Just so happens I had everything at the house when I decided at the last minute that I wanted to grill some shrimp skewers. This will be on the to-do list more often.

This was a great dish, I wish I read the suggestion about using some greek yogurt with the chutney. But regardless this was a huge hit! You definitely don't need that much marinade for one pound. About halfway through this, my boyfriend grabbed some whole wheat pita to eat with it. AMAZING!

This was lovely. Great taste. And easy to do.

I couldn't find Ancho chili, so I just used 2 teas of regular chili powder.

I also omitted the oil and added about 3/4 cup of Greek yoghurt to the spices, mixed it all in and slathered the shrimp with it. Then grilled it. Yum. I used about 2 lbs of shrimp for this.

The Chutney was easy to make and had a great flavour. Would make this dish again.

I have family that isn't entirely into hot spices but I was desperate to use my garam marsala which I had purchased a few weeks earlier. I substituted smoked paprika and the recipe was a massive hit. For myself and my wife, we will try it the way it is supposed to be done.

Great flavor and the cilantro-mint chutney was on point. I recommend either doubling the amount of shrimp or cutting back on the amount of the marinade. Super easy to make and a big hit!

I had another recipe for this dish, but Bobby's looked much easier. The marinade for the shrimp looked downright "wicked." Don't let that scare you. Although it did have some heat, not nearly as much as the appearance would suggest. We broiled this quickly without the skewers. Again the chutney came together quickly once you picked the mint & cilantro. Wow, what a flavor punch, and the color, flavor, and texture contrast was incredible. Great for a weekday meal! We served ours with a eggplant & mushroom casserole.
