Excellent! It reminds one of the classic Spanish tapas dish. We pretty much stayed with the recipe on this one. Contrary to what some reviewers have written here, we thought the sauce was an added plus. You must remember to DRIZZLE, not pour the sauce. A little does go a long way.

    Enjoy.

Good, but nothing special. Normally I'm "wow"d by Flay's recipes. Not today.

I whipped this up for a midnight snack, and I also did not use the additional oil, I did add a little salt. Tasty and easy!

Tasty. I also omitted the finishing oil, it definitely didn't need it.

Very good. I went a little light on the chili powder for the family's sake. Very easy. The garlic chips were a hit. We also grilled sliced zucchini with our meal.

Very good and super easy. No need for the additional garlic infused oil at the end. The
shrimp are well seasoned and juicy. Paired with a fresh greens salad and yellow spanish rice for a delicious dinner.

DELICIOUS and EASY! Didn't have any fresh thyme on hand so I used dried. Still tasted fantastic, although fresh herbs would undoubtedly be better. I omitted the garlic infused oil at the end since the shrimp were already so juicy & didn't need extra sauce. Paired this with a green salad with light lemon & olive oil dressing for a quick, healthy lunch!
