Delicious!!!! This dish was easy to prepare. The balance of the flavors was spectacular. The shrimp were perfectly tender and almost melted in my mouth. I paired the shrimp with grilled asparagus. Perfect meal! Thank you Bobby!!!! You rock!

Very tasty. I didn't have the ancho chile powder so I used regular and it worked fine. Didn't think about using cayenne, too as another reviewer said, good idea. I was a little confused on the directions, first it said skewer the shrimp and brush w/marinade, than later it said remove the shrimp from the marinade. I just brushed them. Quick and easy.

I didn't have any ancho chile powder, so I used regular chili powder and some cayenne pepper and it turned out delicious! I had some left over marinade and I poured it over some veggies (eggplant, tomato and onion and grilled those too and everyone loved it!

This was very easy and it was OK - nothing to write home about, but not bad. I would have preferred to use a pound of shrimp differently, but not bad.

This was the easiest and most delicious shrimp dish you could ever make. The grilling takes no time at all and the shrimp was tender and juicy. Definitely serve bread to sop up the lovely garlic oil leftover from the shrimp. I served with brown butter corn and fresh tomatoes.

I made this recipe pretty much to the letter. I used dried Thyme and added a bit of dried Italian Herb Blend. I used jumbo peeled and deveined frozen shrimp - I basically let them defrost in the marinade for a half hour. The husband is picky about his shrimp - and he raved about this. I made it on a stove top grill pan. I let it get real hot, then brushed the marinade on the pan and let it smoke/char/burn. I served the salad and ciabatta bread (with the recipe garlic slices and brought out the shrimp immediately after grilling them for four minutes - just 'till pink. They picked up all the charred bits on the grill and looked and tasted great. A winner and a keeper. I would have everything on the dinner table, before grilling the shrimp - my advise -- spare no time between grill and table.
