Scrumptious! This has become one of my favorite cold salads for summertime dinners. As was mentioned by another reviewer, this recipe yields a substantial amount.

Is this recipe correct? Reduce 2 CUPS if lemon juice down to 3 TBS? isn't that a whole lot of lemon juice? Response from anyone who's made this would be very much appreciated. I'd like to make this but want to be sure. Thanks!

I have made this recipe regularly for the last 2 years and there's always compliments! I only make the orzo salad & bring to work or other functions. Peppers don't agree with me, so I substitute english cucumbers & tomatoes - always complliments!

I only made the Orzo Salad. This salad was easy and delicious. It paired nicely with salmon. I'll be making this again for sure. My family enjoyed it.

The shrimp came out good, but I especially loved the orzo salad. I increased the amount of garlic and kalamata olives because my family loves them. I also used garlic herb feta instead of plain. I didn't have scallions so I used chives instead. It still added a nice onion flavor. This was delicious!

it says to refrigerate the butter for one hour. How do you then brush it on the shrimp? Should it then be melted again before serving? I am making this in 3 days. Anyone help me please.

The shrimp dish is really easy to make and everyone loved it. The lemon sauce was very strong so we cut back on the amount we put on the shrimp, but guest were blown away by this simple, delicious dish
