This was a perfect recipe to start the summer grilling with! My husband and I followed it all, putting the exact amounts in and it came out GREAT! Also, following a strict diet and this was a great lean and green meal! We are going to try it on chicken next time!

This was - as usual with Bobby's recipes - a total hit. I used pork tenderloin, just because I had bought some the day before. Delicious!!! Even if you don't have the exact salad ingredients, using the marinade and the dressing goes with any kind of salad, even fruit. Cheers...

Super Delicious! I agree with another review that no flavor was lost and we loved it! the only thing I may change next time is the amount of lime juice. The dressing ended up a little tart but it was still good! I added hard boiled eggs and it was a great salad!

Amazing. My entire family is trying to eat healthier, but were afraid we'd lose out on taste. With recipes like this that is not the case! Even my children - 13 and 10 - loved it. This is going to become one of our main red meat meals from here on out! TY Bobby Flay :

I used the spicy filet mignon ingredients as a marinade for london broil, then grilled it to medium rare. One guy who HATED london broil said it was some of the best beef he's ever had.

Served it with Bobby's "grilled sweet potatoes with lime and cilantro" (added minced ginger for some more pop, and a lime/cilantro brown rice. One of our best meals ever!! Thanks for the inspiration Bobby!

I made this as a side to Bobby's "Buckwheat Noodle Salad" from a Grill It episode that recently aired. The flavors of the two dishes pair really nicely together - especially the ginger and lime. My roommate doesn't like to eat red meat, so I made it with grilled chicken breast instead using the same marinade. Turned out great!

I wanted to try something that was healthy but still delicious. I looked though the recipes on FoodNetwork.com and this recipe came up. It looked faily simple and really delicious! Me and my mom made it together and it turned out great! We left out the radishes because we're not too fond of them but everything else was amazing! I definitely will be making this again!

This one's among my all-time favorites! I bought extra vegetables to have in the house and I made a double batch of the dressing. Something just told me this one was gonna be good. So after we gobbled up the salad with the filet I decided to make the entire recipe all over again the very next day, with the leftover vegetables/lettuce/dressing I had except I made it with seared tuna steak. Wow! Fantastic the 2nd time around.

One tip--don't shy away from the hot chili garlic saunce. I cut back a little with the filet because I thought it'd be too spicy for my taste and wish now I hadn't. So when I made the marinade the 2nd day for the tuna I went full tilt with the recommended amount. Perfecto!

I think this would work really well with pork tenderloin, chicken or maybe even skewered shrip or scallops as well. I'll definitely try more protein combinations.
