I was thrilled to find this recipe after having amy first thai steak salad in Florida. Left such a lovely taste that I wanted to recreate. So looked at a number of recipes and this one struck a cord. I follow the directions for the most part, except vary the salad portion.

One of our favorite lite dinners and crave it when haven't prepared this recipe for a while. Love the ginger lime dressing and would use this recipe for grilled tuna as well. Can't wait to make this again.

I made this for a birthay dinner for my husband. We all loved it! I did have trouble finding the chile paste but the search was worth the effort. The salad is going to be one of my favorites!

The is was simple and easy and soooo delicious. The marinade for the steak is full of flavor and the dressing compliments everything perfectly. Everyone at my house ate every last drop of this. Only thing I couldn't find was the chili paste, so I used Sriracha sauce instead. AWESOME RECIPE!!

I made this for a dinner party (exactly as written - which I hardly ever doand every one was blown away. Perfect for entertaining because salad can be made in advance (not dressed and put in fridge with damp paper towels. Dressing made in advance and filets marinated in advance (plan on one filet per person....Luv Ya Bobby!!!

Not only is this a beautiful presentation, but the ginger-lime dressing explodes on your palette. I loved it so much that I?m making it again tonight with chicken. It?s a real knockout.

I prepared this for my sister, brother in law (Sacramentoand my newphew who was visiting from New York and we all fell in love with it. I had taken the recipe off of the internet, literally raced off to the grocery store and went isle by isle to buy the ingredients, came home and then prepared it. We all loved it. All through dinner by brother in law kept saying, "Lynn, this is delicious , don't through this recipe away". My husband was away on a business trip and when I told him how fantastic it was, he said he could not wait to come home and have it for himself. We have eaten at Bar American in New York and we love Bobby Flay. He is the best and his recipes are FANTASTIC!!!
