This was delicious. I've made this recipe a few times, and it's just as fresh and crisp every time. I actually used tenderloin once, and the salad still tasted great. It's a fantastic summer dish that's great for the meat-eaters in us and our family!

I was stationed out of state and began cooking to impress my significant other. When she came to visit, this was the first dinner I made for her, because I knew how great it tasted. I can't given any better endorsement than that!

Delicious marinade and dressing. We added snow peas and shredded carrots to the salad. The flavors were absolutely wonderful.

I actually messed this up, and it was still good. I picked up walnut oil instead of peanut oil at the store. so every time the recipe called for the peanut oil, i used one part walnut and one part sesame oil. the marinade for the steak was great, and the dressing was just okay. I figured I was lacking some sweetness due to my mistake, so i added some honey and that made it very good. I can't wait to make this again ... properly! Will definitely take to BBQs this summer.

I was so not in the mood for this when my husband came to me with the recipe. Being he never actuallly makes requests I made it. I am so glad I did. Even just the dressing for the salad alone is incredible. The salad and the meat together though were delicious! (For the lettuce I just used a regular spring mix. It will definitely be a regular in my house.

Very light summer salad. Only one problem, my husband was still hungry after he finished his salad. He's a small man but he needed at least two servings.

This marinade made the best steak we have prepared at home yet. My husband proclaimed it excellent! I couldn't find all that lettuce nor the makings for the dressing at our local supermarket, so I just used an oriental lettuce mix with ginger dressing. A great, easy and light meal for the summer.

This was overall a very easy to make meal. The salad by itself would be a good salad as well. Even if you can't find all of the types of lettuce, I used a spring salad mix that I found in the local grocery.

This was a great meal or per dinner salad. I added avocado to this dish and it worked great.
