Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chipotle puree
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped oregano
- 20 chicken wings
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
Mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill wings

These wings are easy and tasty.
Draw back for me was not enough heat. Another draw back was how plain they look after grilled. This recipe is missing what Bobby does best...So next time I'll add what Bobby would have added: hot sause, cayenne pepper or a bit of habanero and some paprika to give them more color.

These wings are amazing !!! There are really lite but you would never know when you bit into them. I make them all football season !!
