I have been making this for years now and it fantastic, great for a crowd! Instead of cooking the onion marmalade on the grill I just use the stovetop. I double the marmalade, roast a red, yellow, and orange pepper. Finally serve with provalone cheese. The sausage is great leftover soaking in the marmalade. (I usually don't reduce totally Give it a try for your next crowd

this is a recipe I saw Bobby do back on his show in 1997 and although I printed the recipe, I never was motivated enough to go gout and buy the creme de cassis or grenadine (hardly staples of a stocked bar necessary to make the recipe. for July 4th 2005 I decided to dust off the old recipe and give it a try. What a hit. I suggest you get up off your lazy butt too and buy those 2 bottles. you will definitely make this recipe more than once.

Made this for a big graduation party for a friend and everyone thought it was wonderful. A lot of people said the Grilled Onion Marmalade was good enough to eat all by itself. Had many requests for the recipe.
