I love this recipe! I use it when I have friends over for a cookout. It's a great alternative to just plain old "steak and potatoes".

So yummy! My whole family loved them. I had big sweet potatoes so I just sliced them into 1/2" thick rounds and boiled them for under 5 mins. Then right to the grill. No trying to cut cooked potatoes. And err on the side of underdone. They were great!

MAKE THESE...They are fantastic! The poultry rub recipe is also known as "16 Spice Rub for Poultry". You can buy it pre-made or find this recipe (below on Bobby's website (www . bobbyflay . com. I always have a batch on hand and use it for several recipes. If you aren't a fennel lover, just leave it out for a 15 spice rub :!

These were GREAT on the grill the only thing is that they got stuck to the grates due to olive oil burning at a lower temperature. I wish they would put at what temperature to cook it at. Nonetheless, it was perfect for the night and boiling them before made them real tender. The mustard sauce added the right amount sweetness to it! In one word:DELICIOUS!

I did these in the oven because my grill was crowded. 20-25 minutes on 400 in just the canola oil, poultry seasoning, and salt/pepper, then took them out to do the maple syrup/dijon glaze for another 5 minutes. Heaven!

These potatoes were very good - I microwaved them first before grilling - I used pancake syrup (sugar free because that was all I had and just a seasoned rub - they were good - will make again

A great marriage of two recipes- Sandra Lee's baked sweet potato fries and this one by Flay. If your grill is still in hibernation like mine, I would recommend preparing the sweet potatoes following Lee's recipe which is simple and delicious (have made several times and a big hit with Flay's rub and maple syrup & mustard sauce. Big plus is not having to cook the sweet potatoes first as Flay's calls for.

I would have never thought of the mustard sauce. Everything marries so well together. It's an amazing snack.
