This is a family favorite now...grill till crispy--don't turn too soon. We serve with maple syrup.
Killer good! I use a cast iron grill pan.

These were really delicious, and sweet potatoes are so good for you, too! Plus, they are super-easy to make, and a side to your grilled meat that is kind of unexpected. You can cook the potatoes earlier in the day, and then throw them on the grill at the last minute. I highly recommend you try this recipe, and I will definitely make these again.

I have been looking for a good grilled sweet potato recipe, and this is the one! Easy and so tasty. I served them with flat iron steak marinated in a southwestern rub on the grill! Thanks Bobby, I have improved my grilling skills by watching your Grill It With Bobby! Not ready for a thrown down yet:

Delicious and unique way to make a classic dish. My husband found the recipe easy to follow and easy to execute. The only problem was they were gone before we knew it!

I have been trying to like sweet potatoes for years, and I always hated them. These are so good. They are just the right combo of sweet and spicy. I followed the directions and when it came to put them on the grill, I just put them all in a grill pan over direct heat. This was the second time ever that I have used a grill and they came out perfect. I served them alond side cedar plank salmon. It was a hit with everyone!
