Wonderful and different. I used the zest of three limes, and would reduce the salt next time. I substituted cumin for the cayenne to make it kid friendly. I also sauteed the sweet potatoes in a skillet to make it quicker and easier. Look forward to using this again. We were really tired of the same old sweet potato fries, mashed sweet potatoes, etc.

It was good but I think there was too much salt. I will try it again but definitely cut the salt back by half and not put any salt on the potatoes before grilling.

OMGsh, this was absolutley amazing.... my husband and I love sweet potatoes and this recipe was great! I did not parboil my potatoes as I only used 1 for the both of us, but they were perfect just grilled and it didn't take long either. Thumbs way up!!!!!!

Have made these twice! The lime and cilantro is definitely a great flavor complement and alternative for sweet potatoes. I had to leave them on the grill a little longer than said.

Not too bad. I think I boiled the potatoes too long as the skin was falling off while I cooked them. I really liked the flavor profile.

These are super simple to do. Everyone raved about them the first time I made them. I make them a couple of times a month now. Yum.

These were awesome. Try Giada's aloi dipping sauce (mayo, lemon juice and minced garlic. Yum yum!

Mr. Flay appears to love sweet potatoes as much as I do. I've been making his twice baked sweet potatoes for years now and everyone loves them. Sweet pots, creme fraishe, minced chipotle peppers in adobo, maple syrup and cream. I skip stuffing the skins and just make it in a small casserole. Look it up as it is the best you or your guests will ever try. Trust me.

I thought this recipe was super easy and super tasty. I loved the idea of a sweet potato with a kick. The lime/salt/cayenne/ mixture was really good. It was a great combination of sweet and spicy! I over-cooked my potatoes a bit...so be careful not to overcook them in the beginning or they won't stay together on the grill. They were still good though! I will make this again.

Really loved the cilantro, lime, and salt topping. Also, a mayo / ketchup combo makes for good sweet potato dipping. Just sayin.
