I love sweet potatoes and lime so I got really excited about this one.The flavor was good, but they did not grill up the way we would have like them. You have to have the salt too, it really made the flavors pop. The potatoes started falling apart on us, I think they were boiled a little too long. We may make this again sometime, but not in the I have to have department.

This is a fantastic, easy recipe. Have used it many times and Always a crowd favorite! The only thing I do is not boil them as long so they stay together better, just grill them a little extra time.

I added a squeeze of lime and a sweet onion to the mix; have made twice with good results. Might nuke potatos to speed up grilling time; I put in tin foil then on the grill. Yum.

I roasted the wedges in the oven but followed everything else exactly. These are the best sweet potatoes I've ever made, and I've made many! The flavor combination is fantastic...the lime zest and cilantro, incredible. Never would have thought of them on a sweet potato. Ya gotta try it!

This is such an amazing combination of flavors. I took another reviewers' advice and cooked the potatoes for 7 minutes in the microwave. It worked perfectly and saved a lot of time. My husband isn't a big fan of sweet potatoes, and even he liked this recipe! Thanks, Bobby!

This recipe is so simple and delicious! I have made it at least five times in the last month. I par-cook the sweet potatoes in the microwave for 7-8 min first instead of boiling. I also add extra cayene for more kick. The cilantro makes all the difference. Everyone I've served it to loves it. Even good as leftovers (I've learned to make big batches!.

At the last minute I brushed my sweet potatoes with HOT SQUEEZE. It carmelized incredibly and added a sweet and smoky touch that tasted incredible!
