I plan to make this tonight myself - to Bruce, looking at his other recipes for similar grilled potatoes, looks like you par boil them for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!

I'm thinking seriously of including this as part of this Easter's dinner based on the rave reviews.

Since the recipe gives no hint as to timing, could someone who has already done this dish suggest an appropriate amount of time to boil the potatoes? Since we rarely cook with sweet potatoes, I've not the slightest clue :(

    Thanks!

These sweet potatoes are wonderful. You can even eat the skins! I keep the the lime zest salt on hand and put it on french fries too! Thanks Bobby!

I made these along with BBQ Ribs and they were FANTASTIC!. I would use a little less salt next time, but my family loved them.

Made these last night for the family. I love the flavor of lime and cilantro anyway, but pairing it with the sweetness of sweet potatoes was magic. Easy, delicious and a must try,

I made these last night for my husband and his friend, the lime salt was perfect. I didn't measure how much lime zest I used- I zested 2 whole limes into 1 tbsp kosher salt. I forgot to add the cayenne though. We also used the lime salt on a flank steak I grilled along side it. Perfect!

I made this last night and thought the potatoes were too salty. Next time, I would use half as much salt in the zest mixture. Husband loved them and I would definitely make again. Made with Giada's Sea Bass alla Fiorentina.

Fantastic!! I did not add the salt to the wedges before grilling, just the pepper. I thought there was enough salt in the salt/zest/cayenne mix. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. Made them two nights in a row, they were so good
