Amazing! This was a fancy meal, right in my kitchen in no time. I made up the lemon butter the night before, so dinner was only a 20 min prep after work. I lightened it up with land o lakes butter light and it was still full of flavor.

Phenomenal! Made it last and it was so good! I had a lot of the butter sauce left so I bought more talapia today and I am making it again tonight! Just fantastic and so easy!

Wasn't sure how this would turn out because I was pressed for time so couldn't really refrigerate the lemon butter for a full half hour. Instead, I put it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes and it worked fine. I thought it was pretty tasty & my boyfriend loved it! Will definitely make again!

The preparation was simple and the taste very good. I made mine with Quinoa with a splash of the lemon and butter from the fish. This gave a greater texture difference than Orzo. I also used a stove top grill which I am sure is not quite as tasty. I am surprized that there wasn't a little more herbs which I would add next time. Overall a simple and tasty Tilapia recipe and loved the capers.

I made mine with couscous, didn't take nearly as long and it was Delis!

I thought this recipe was pretty delicious! It took a bit more time to prepare than I had originally thought (didn't see the cooked orzo part, but not too much longer. Pretty easy and elegant! Loved the lemon butter. I will be using that for mashed potatoes later this week! Thanks!
