Good dish, however Kalamata olives are not black olives. Kalamata olives have a completely different texture, taste and color.

Anxious to try this recipe, I believe in the video Bobby put a little bit of Lime Juice on the potato before he put them on the grill. Didn't see this step in the recipe

Love it! So easy to make and so flavorful! I use whatever potatoes I have on hand. Tonight I used Idahos - cut them in half and parboiled in salt water. I grill extras bc the kids won't eat the salad, but they LOVE the "grill fries" - I just make sure I grill enough so there is enough for the salad and the rest go to the kids, plain.

I also missed the dijon mustard since it's not listed in the recipe, but it didn't seem to matter. We loved it! I'll make a note for next time because I'm sure it will only be better, but it was delicious as it was. I love Bobby's recipes.

Just served this at a barbecue and everyone was amazed! Best potato salad I have ever made. I have two daughters who don't like mayonnaise so I tried this for them, but this recipe is a crowd pleaser! The only thing I changed was to add some thinly sliced green onions just before tossing in the potatoes. I have never had more compliments!!!!

This is delicious and simple. Also, the dressing is yummy. I've made it to drizzle over grilled veggies too - and it's so good. Just brush some sliced veggies w/ olive oil and sprinkle w/ salt & pepper. Grill until desired doneness, then drizzle this dressing on it. You can serve it hot or room temp.

In the middle of preparing this and video shows dijon mustard and it is not mentioned in actual recipe!

This is fabulous! Easy to make. I actually grilled the potatoes in the oven after par boiling and used regular black olives. This recipe is a keeper.
