WOW...for you to win over ALL of my children with one recipe deserves a medal! Awesome potato salad, nice and spicy and I never knew that you should put on the mayo while the potatos are warm. Thanks Bobby!

I've been on a Bobby Flay kick lately and my boyfriend is certainly thrilled! I cooked this today and since we don't like Red Bell or any bell pepper, I just added a sweet white onion and a few cilantro leaves to the dressing. It was fantastic. I didn't have Yukon gold, so had to use baking potatoes, but still it was awesome, can't wait to try it with the yukon gold since I'm sure it will be even better. The color from the Paprika just makes it so festive and flavorful. Definately another winner! Bobby you ROCK!!!!

I grilled some fingerling potatoes and then looked up a recipe while they were on the grill. This was very delicious and easy. I was too lazy to pull out the food processor so I mixed the sauce ingredients and diced half a jar of our favorite roasted peppers. It was perfect! I don't think you can mess this one up!

I made this for a picnic and it flew off the table! The dressing is so good and something different than your traditional potato salad. This recipe is fool proof, can't screw it up. Definitely a keeper

I really liked the mayo dressing in this recipe. I roasted my red bell peppers just because I really enjoy them and the dish turned out awesome. Not sure how much of a difference they made, but in any case a definite winner.

This is one of the best potato salads I've had in a long time. All the flavors melded together very nicely. We used yellow bell pepper because that was all there was at the store, and it did not affect the overall appearance or flavor of the dish.
