Very tasty! Best thing since coleslaw to hit a BBQ table. We loved it, and I agree you need about twice the zucchini to have the dressing work out. That's the only change we made. Wonderful zippiness.

Loved this! Something different with zucchini. The flavors and textures are amazing. This is going to be a staple this summer. Love the fact it is served at room temp. A little tip--pine nuts are expensive. Since I needed such a small amount, I went to Sunflower Market who sells them in bulk so I could buy only what I needed!

This was so easy! It had great lemon flavor. Also, because it sits at room temp, your timing isn't that critical. Another winner!

Love, love, love this recipe! We didn't have zucchini this afternoon, but did have yellow summer squash, which was equally as delish as when we used zucchini. We have also used shaved Parmesan instead of Romano and it was also lovely. I can think of all kinds of variations. The most time consumed was grilling the squash. Wow your dinner guests with this easy one. Thanks Bobby. Another winner!

Absolutely delicious and easy to make! I will be adding this into my regular rotation. Although it was so yummy I might double this recipe to get 4 servings (not the dressing though -- there was plenty of that.
