Loved this recipe.
Have to admit I pretty much love anything Bobby Flay does. I have been looking for a tasty and easy guacamole recipe for a while and this is it. It is easy and tasty. My family loves guacamole.
I did not use the oil. Not sure what its purpose is so left it out. I also reduced the recipe. I used 1 avocado and 1 lime. I reduced the other ingredients to taste. I would probably add diced tomatoes and more onion on top as a garnish. I have had guacamole this way in restaurants and it is very tasty.

I loved the recipe. I enjoyed the freshness of the lime juice. I didn't use any Canola oil, didn't find it necessary

For my taste this is too much lime. The guacamole was very sour!

In an effort to give constructive critisism of this recipe, I'd say it is too oily if Canola oil is used, and it could use some cumin. For myself, the fattyness of avocados is enough without the added oil; I would leave it out.

This is the best guac, ever! It was really hard to find a guacamole recipe with chiles, which seems weird as that's the only way I've ever had it in Mexico. I knew I could count on Bobby Flay for some spice.

Never having made guacamole before this recipe was simple and delicious! Thank you Bobby Flay for keeping it simple! My kids ate it up!
