Flavor, texture and aroma...terrific! I am a fan of Vidalia onions...cooked or raw slices. Once again, thanks Bobby.

Great recipe! I used Cheddar and Pepperjack cheese and sauted the onions instead of grilled but the result was still DELICIOUS. Horseradish Mustard was so simple but definitely a must-have for the burger! Such an easy, unique, and awesome twist to add to any burger!

Would be hard to decide what my favorite part of this recipe is, but added together, made for an exceptional burger.

I had always been a rather "tame" eater and "didn't like" things I had never even tried (a trait from my childhood. But these burgers looked so good that a couple of years ago now, I decided to try them -- despite the fact that I was afraid of mustard, terrified of horseradish, and not even 100% certain about onions! AMAZING! It opened up a whole willingness on my part to expand my pallette -- a decision I will never regret. Who would have thought that a simple burger would bring a brand new slew of herbs, vinegars, and other great things into my culinary world? I'm just about convinced now that the right combination of flavors can cure the world's ills!

This is the best recipe we have had in the challenge yet! The flavors worked really well together and it was really easy to put together on a busy game night:- Yummo!

My daughter and I made this one hot summer night and they were great. The real star of the show is the mustard.....we use it a lot! I now keep a tub of it in the frig, and it is a staple in our house. Great on sausage, sandwiches, amazing on grilled cheese (sourdough, sharp white cheddar, red onion & mustard, and it would probably make Wonder Bread edible!
