First off, I love the Horseradish Mustard! I put a little different spin on this burger with some leftovers from another one of Bobby's great recipes (Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu. right before putting the cheese on, I put a peice of proscuitto on the burger for about 45 seconds then the cheese (I substituted Pepper Jack cheese for Cheddar. I also used Arugula instead of Romaine lettuce! Tasty burger!!

This recipe is one of the best I've tried for hamburgers..they are HUGE and look really great on the plate. The grilled onions and the horseradish mustard really make this dish so don't leave any of it out! My boyfriends favorite food is a hamburger and this is one of the first things I cooked for him, and he loved it! I think he looked at me differently after that meal! haha

So I really don't know how much my review will help. Only because I didn't have all the ingrediants handy, I was only able to use the cheddar cheese and the Horseradish Mustand. This burger was so darn good!!! I used onion buns, toasted, and regular frozen patties w/ seasoning and the Horseradish Mustard. All 6 members of the family LOVED it. My kids are already asking for it again for dinner!

My husband and I rarely eat hamburgers, but I had a craving for one recently. We made this burger, and the taste was excellent. Good combination of flavor.

I loved this burger. It was just enough like a traditional buger to be considered a comfort food , but had enough of a twist to make it a new and exciting recipe.
