Best ribs I have ever made! Followed the recipe exactly as written even though it was a bit scary to cook ribs at 500. Do not hesitate to use this recipe.... Awesome, tender and delicious ...

I never review anything but I absolutely love these ribs. They are incredible. Way, way, way way way way way way better than anything I would get at a restaurant for a lot more than they cost to make.

OMG...these are great. I am from a Texas Barbequing family and my two boys are wonderful, but tonight I made these ribs in my oven and we all could not believe how good they are....Thanks Bobby!

I honestly think these were the best ribs that I have ever cooked!!! I used baby back ribs(because that is all that I had on hand and then I followed the recipe according to directions. I like my ribs long and slow so I cooked the ribs at 375 degrees for 3 hours, then under the broiler for a couple of minutes using that delicious sauce. They were falling off the bone and my family loved them!!! This recipe is now my go to for delicious ribs!!!! Thanks Bobby!!!

I wanted to make ribs for my boyfriend on his birthday. The only problem? I had never cooked ribs before! I decided an easy recipe by Bobby Flay was the way to go. These ribs are so tasty. My boyfriend ate them for every meal after I made them until they were gone! Easy to make, even easier to eat!

I made two changes. First, I used baby backs because that is what they had at the store and second, instead of high heat quick cooking I chose slow and long. I cooked the ribs at 275 for 3 hours. They were truly delicious - braising is clearly the way to go. Meat was tender and juicy and the glaze was both tangy and sweet. The only reason I did not give this recipe 5 stars is because I am not convinced that cooking it at 500 would produce the same results. But really really delicious.
