This was the first time I cooked ribs and they turned out great!! I never cooked them before because I thought they were hard to cook but I was wrong. This recipe was very easy!! Everyone loved it!! This is one recipe I will keep and make again and again!! The only thing I changed was the glaze. I double the mustard and honey because I thought the vinegar was a little over bearing. For me that would have been great because I love vinegar. But my husband is not a fan of vinegar so I knew I need to change that.

Yummy ribs! 4.5 stars! It was my first time to cook ribs and they turned out really good! like another reviewer, i cooked the ribs right in the water/soy sauce mixture. I had the temp @ 500 for about 30 mins but my oven was smoking so I turned it down to 400 and cooked a little bit longer. Delicious, but next time would probably use less soy sauce because I found them a little salty (and I used a low sodium kind and most of it gets throw out anyways.

These were FANTASTIC! I have to agree, that these ribs were even better without being drenched in a generic bbq sauce. The glaze was fantastic!

turned out very well. Ribs were falling of their bones and got compliments from all 3 of my guests who said that it was tender and not overwhelmingly sweet or gooey like some ribs are.

These were some of the best ribs I've ever tasted and they are crazy easy to make. This is a great way to impress without a lot of effort. :

Changed the recipe for the pressure cooker, since it's over 90 degrees outside and I sure didn't want to heat my house up for an hour and a half!

I made twice as much glaze, with turned out to be way too much, so I'll just have to use it on some chicken wings.

I used a rack in the bottom of my pressure cooker to keep the ribs elevated (I had almost five pounds of country style, and added 1/2 cup soy sauce and 1 1/2 cups of water with a teaspoon of dried ginger. Be sure to salt and pepper the ribs before you put them in the cooker (only complaint my husband had was they needed more salt. I cooked it on high for 30 minutes, was extremely tender. I followed the recipe the rest of the way, broiling them in the oven.

I prepared these ribs for my family today. We had wanted to grill them outside but the weather was bad. I found this recipe and followed the recipe with the exception I didn't have honey so I added a 1/4 cup of molasses and 1 teaspoon of ground ginger. The five men who eat them loved them. They don't like anything new but said they were excellent. Best indoor ribs I have ever had. They were tender and full of flavor. They were rated a keeper in my family.
