Amazing flavors! I used jalapeño instead of an habanero as that is what I had and it turned out so good! Just a note the recipe for the glaze makes a lot but that's ok because it's fabulous on pork too!

I made this at the beach last year and it was amazing!! Every single person liked it. I was worried that it would be too spicy for some, but the mango chutney helped balance out everything. Definitely one of my favorites.

The whole package! Chicken, glaze, and the relish...perfect combination of flavors. I used a combination of Serrano & jalapeño peppers for the glaze, gave it a little more subtle kick. I will be making this dish again soon!

I only made the jerk rub, and I thought it was fantastic! Spicy, smoky, deep flavor. It was also very easy to put together. I had most of the ingredients in my spice cabinet already. I wasn't making 32 ounces of chicken, but I still made the rub with the measurements as given and saved the remainder in a jar for next time. I imagine it would be great on fish too!

My husband eats meat, and I don't. We made this recipe with chicken and veggie chicken patties. It was great both ways!

The mango relish was really nice. I would make that again and use it for various recipes. It does go well with jerk chicken, although I didn't use the jerk recipe here. I'll try that next time. The habanero glaze was nice and added a good kick. It is a little more work and not totally necessary for the overall recipe but a nice touch. I put some of the glaze on the chicken after. The boiling vinegar is a bit pungent but balances with the sugar and mint. Still the best part might be the mango relish. I'd say it is a keeper.

This is my go to recipe when I want to impress some company with my grilling abilities. I often use Jalapenos instead of Habanero'. Might give that a shot if you don't like the glaze....

I used this recipe only for the dry jerk rub. The manufacturer I always bought my jerk rub from in Jamaica was hit by a hurrican a couple years back and I can no longer find that authentic rub. I tried Bobby's, and was pleasantly surprised. Nice authentic flavor. Most rubs don't have much salt, which I crave, Bobby added just the right amount. The only change I made to the recipe was instead of habanero powder, I used easy to find cayenne; 1/2 Tbsp. Still has a nice bite, but wanted to test it conservatively. Would recommend if you are looking for a good jerk rub.
