This sauce was awsome, tasty, delicious. I read some comments before I tried this to find out what mistakes were made. I can add this, you have to make good judgment calls when making a recipie you are not familiar with. My first mangos, not very good, they were not very fresh/ripe so I went back to the store and picked better which made a huge difference! I like it spicy so I used two Habeneros (Big Mistake I liked but family could not eat it. Two more mangos later (used to delute the first batch and the sauce was "fantastic" everyone really loved it, sweet with heat.
The rub was really good too. Recipie was enough to have some for another dish and I froze the extra sauce also. It was that good, I didn't want to waste any.
So as always, follow the recipie, adjust to the conditions of your kitchen and be sure to use fresh ingredients.
Bobby Flay...... you are the man !!!!!!

I love it. The mango relish makes it wonderful!! I know have the jerk-rub mix handy in my spice rack.

My husband and I did not like this recipe at all. I halved the dry rub recipe and used it on chicken thighs. We both found the dry rub incredibly spicy and overall we did not think it tasted good at all. This is the first meal that I've made that my husband actually stopped eating and refused to finish. I think the rub would have been better with half the cayenne and a bit more sugar.

I remember at the very end, switching it up to be less spicy for the folks I was serving, and I do regret that. I'd have to marinade longer and get fresher cuts to get a jucier thigh. I ended up serving these in home-made quesadillas (good idea - not so good timing--in my defense, I'd had way too much vodka to be cooking in the first place. I'll try this again sober =

This was a good recipe but I wish I had rubbed the thighs and left them with the rub overnight. I also cooked them on an indoor grill and I wish there were some real fire and charcoal to the flavor profile. About the Habanero salsa. I had no habeneros but some very good and hot peppers from a local grower and I had no mango but substituted some homemade peach preserves I had made. It was fabulous! I will try the recipe with mango and habenero eventually but the Larry's pepper peach sauce was waaaay tasty.

Great spice rub! I used it with 4 turkey thighs instead and halved the rub (was plenty. I also cut the cloves/allspice by 1/4 because I'm not a fan. I meant to halve the Mango-Habanero sauce as well because only 1 of my 2 mangoes were ripe, but wound up having to add the 2nd mango because it was too late to go back... It was very vinegary, so I added some honey and a little cinnamon to cut the tartness. Worked out great! Next round, I will be adding one or two jalapenos with the habanero, for added flavor and a bit more heat.

I love this recipe and followed everything exactly except I added about 1/4 of a cup of honey to the Mango Habanero Hot Sauce. The honey brings out the sweetness and when you put it on the chicken you can really taste the mango in it! What an awsome recipe.

Great tasting recipe. The mango sauce gave me the hiccups but nothing a little ice cream can't fix!
Will be cooking this again thank you Bobby!

Thank you Bobby Flay!!! I've never used chicken thighs so I was excited to find a great recipe for them since they're always on sale! I loved the rub - I made it exactly as it is wrote out, but I left it on the thighs for over 3 hours. The sauce was good, BUT my grocery store didn't have habaneros, I had to substitute an anaheim pepper AND the mangos they had were a little tough, so I don't think they were completely ripe yet. I found what I had to be a little too vinegary, so I added a tablespoon of brown sugar. I feel like if the mangos were more ripe it wouldn't have been necessary. At any rate, the chicken was very tender and very flavorful. The sauce was an extra bonus. I just ate the leftovers for lunch and they were delish!
