    I made this with only so-so mangoes, and it was fabulous even then. Can't wait to try this again with good fruit! Definitely a keeper.

    This was by far the best chicken I have made. VERY spicy, so be careful who you serve this to. Next time I will use a smaller habanero. I have been raving about this recipe all week. If you like spicy, Jamaican flavors, you will LOVE this.

    I didn't make the jerk chicken, I just made the mango habanero salsa and oh my goodness, so good! It was an accompinament to the fish tacos I made. So easy, so good!
