This was the first "Bobby Flay" recipe I've ever made. It was AWESOME! Everyone I've served it to, including my picky son, loves it - including myself! Great, great recipe Bobby! Can't wait to try more!

I made this at home for my very picky husband and he LOVED it! I served it with an Asian slaw on the side for extra veggies and it was amazing! Someone stopped by while we were eating and they were so jealous... now I have to make it next time they come over! 5 Starts! This is going in my permanent recipe file and it cooked up so fast!!!

Very good and easy. Leave out the tortillas though if you really want "healthy" as each tortilla (whole wheat or other is about 120 calories. The marinade was very good reduced as another reviewer suggested served over rice.

Delicious!!!! So glad I came across this recipe, it's one I'm sure I'll make often for my family. We used whole wheat tortillas to keep the calories down. Thanks Bobby!

Wow, yum! I used flank steak and sliced it super thin before marinating then seared in a cast iron. The texture turned out perfectly...tender and juicy with seared edges. I served the meat with brocolli that I sauteed with the cooked down marinade and brown rice. This is going into my favorites folder!

This was delicious! I am Korean, and this does take a lot like Korean short ribs. I didn't add any brown sugar, pear or sprite like in the Korean recipes, because I'm assuming this recipe helps keep the dish light. It was still great. I marinated it for 4 hours and let it come to room temperature before I grilled it. I ate it with brown rice because that is what I had on hand. I will definitely add this to my rotation!
