Made tonight and about 15 times before-excellent marinade-I usually make it with RR edamame & teriyaki whole wheat noodles recipe. makes great asian style meal.

Made this for the fourth of July pool party I hosted and it was a big hit! I had never cooked skirt steak before. It was moist, juicy, and extremely flavorful. I marinated overnight and added brown sugar like I saw another reviewer had done. Can't wait to make it again. Next time I will add it to noodles for an Asian style meal. Best thing I ever grilled!!!

Very good however, I thought it needed to be sweeter so I added brown sugar to the marinade. Doubled the marinade and reduced half over medium low heat until it reduced to a thick sauce. I let the meat marinate for 6 hours. Cooked it over high heat on a gas grill until it was charred a bit and served with sticky rice with the reduced sauce over the meat and rice. Didn't use the tortillas.

amazing. simply amazing. I take the extra marinade and bring it to a simmer on the stove. I add some sambal and either honey or brown sugar until mixture thickens. After the meat is done cooking I dredge the pieces in the sauce. I love using udon noodles with the steak and chop up lots of green onions and toss it all together. I make this at least twice a month. All your guests eyes will pop when they try this. They will think you are a master chef : PS, the extra charred the meat gets on the outside, the better. Use super hot grill to cook on.

Our first experience cooking skirt steak and it won't be our last! Marinated overnight and grilled in cast iron grill pan. Very flavorful!

I made this recipe and my husband and kids LOVED IT! I followed it exactly except for the marinate time. I put mine in the refridgerator over night. The flavor was so good. I also paired mine with grilled baby bok choy. We ate it all and my husband was mad because he wanted to take the left overs for lunch! Good Job Bobby!

I have made this as a meal (without the tortillas and my family loves this. I even cooked this for my very picky mother-in-law on July 4 th and she even loved it! Thank you, Bobby, for giving me a recipe that works for everyone. The flavors are terrific, the skirt steak is very tender.

I made this and served it with sticky rice and grilled asparagus. The meat was flavorful and tender. I've added it to my favorite recipes.
