I made the burgers exactly as the recipe stated, they turned up like like flat meatballs. I was very disappointed.

What? L.A. doesn't do iceburg lettuce? I'm from the L.A. area and I grew up eating burgers with iceburg lettuce. In N' Out Burger, which originated in the L.A. area (Baldwin Park and is one of the best fast food burgers out there, is all about iceburg on their burgers. I'm just confused as to why Bobby thinks L.A. doesn't do iceburg lettuce. Oh well, great burger regardless!

My Mom made these burgers for my Husbands Birthday. They were so juicy and good. The avocado was the perfect touch for the burger. We will make these again and again! Thanks Bobby!!!!

We have had this burger at Bobby Flay's Burger Palace and it is to die for...we plan on making this recipe tomorrow and are curious if the Avocado Spread is to yield 4.

This looks pretty tasty so I do ont have a final rating yet. I;m preparing this dish as we speak now. And I love the color green so it makes it beautiful. I will re-rate after I taste it. I may like it and I may not. All depends on if I follow through appropriately. I'm going to try my best. Good luck to me!
