They dont post the other recipe beacuse there is usually a SECRET ingredient in it. If they gave eveyone the recipe how would it be kept unique?

Why is it that on one recipe from the showdown gets published? I agree wtih the other reader that I would like to see the recipe for the other pancakes as well. How can we test for ourselves which one is the winner.

Served as a dollup on top of the blueberry relish that Bobby served on top of the short stack of pancakes. I don't think it was in the recipe. I would like to see the loser's recipe... his pancakes looked great - I could just taste them.

Ricotta is in the title of the recipe, and I think I heard it being discussed on the show, but I don't see it in the recipe. ???????? Rated Good but not sure since I haven't made it, awaiting clarification of the recipe. Does anyone respond to such questions?
