Bobby, you're amazing man! These pancakes are awesome. The lemon curd really made these a light and refreshing meal. I just made these for dinner the other day and everyone loved them.

Great recipe. Texture is amazing - melts in your mouth. I did use freshly ground nutmeg, and it was way too strong, so I cut back

I don't care for a strong lemon flavor so I omitted the lemon zest. I didn't have raspberries so I used strawberries and bluberries. None of these changes hurt this recipe a bit. This is good stuff! You did us right on this one Bobby!

We made these pancakes for dinner last night and they were a huge hit with the family. YUMMY! I am not usually a fan of pancakes, but these are different: very light and tasty. And, the lemon sauce adds a wonderful flavor. Even our little girl cleaned her plate.
