Love this! Made it for New Year's Eve. Super easy; really good! Agree with previous posting--- Would make it all the time if lobster wasn't so expensive in the midwest.

I made this for Christmas dinner…it was truly amazing! I had everything prepped & ready before dinner. I had the lime marinade ready and waiting in the frig (I substituted the tarragon for cilantro. Avocado diced and sprinkled with lime juice, Lobster chopped sitting separately in the frig. At the last minute gently tossed all three. I placed the watercress at the bottom of martini glasses and let the lime marinade drizzle down. I was cold refreshing and lite. I will be repeating this recipe for New Year’s Eve, with Shrimp & Cod…I can’t wait!

This was a simple, genious recipe. I served it as an appetizer before my graduation dinner. Would this work using jumbo lump crab meat instead of going through the trouble with the lobster???

Fabulous and so easy! Everyone asked me for this recipe and I will this again and again. Thank you, Bobby!!!!
FYI - I've never cooked lobster before but I used lobster tails and this super easy recipe to cook it... Heat pot with about 1/2 cup of water. Rinse the lobster. Open the lobster tail in butterfly form. Place the lobster tail in pot. Cover. Steam cook for 8 minutes.
I can't link it on here, but the actual recipe is on the this site.
