Mango-Cardamom Buttermilk Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 4 cups frozen diced mango
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups very cold buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey, plus more if mango isn't super sweet
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
Directions
  • Combine the mango, banana, buttermilk, sugar, vanilla and cardamom in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide among 4 glasses and serve.
