I had Cruzan Mango Rum, so used that. And had lots of local New Orleans strawberries so subbed those for Mangoes. Still very good. Like a strawberry daiquiri, but creamy and less sweet.

My husband drinks vodka tonics and thinks cocktails with fruit are "girly " drinks, but once in a while I find one that he likes. This was one of them. I love sitting on the patio with this summery drink.

Smooth, creamy, silky and delicious! I absolutely loved this smoothie and now need to go out and purchase a mango cutter, because I'll be making this one time and again. Thanks so much Bobby for consistently creating exceptional recipes!
