These were delicious! They are so creamy & flavorful! My family loved them & told me I raised the bar on mashed potatoes. I'll be making them again for Easter.

I made these for Thanksgiving and I will always use this recipe from now on! They were perfect! The only change I made (for simplicity and because I'm not a huge fan of garlic was to use just over a teaspoon of minced garlic and it gave just the right amount of garlic flavor. I leave my mashed potatoes chunky, but the milk mixture and mascarpone added a nice creaminess. Yum!!!

My hubby said this were the best garlic mashed potatoes he has ever had and asked me to save the recipe. They were delicious.. The only reason why I only gave it 4 stars is because I had to put twice the amount of garlic it called for.. But who knows? Maybe I just love garlic!

I tried this recipe for Thanksgiving. It was good but I didn't think it had much flavor... I love garlic and I didnt really taste it or the cheese... They were a little bland considering what goes in them

I finally got to make delicious mashed potatoes! And it was very easy to put together. Indeed, the garlic was not overpowering, but it added a great flavor. But, the best mashed potatoes I've ever had was at Bobby Flay's restaurant in Las Vegas. That is the reason I tried this recipe... Not as good as the restaurant ones, but still better than what I was previously doing. It is a keeper for me.

I loved these potatoes!! They were so creamy and good! Mascarpone cheese is very mild in taste. It made the potatoes very creamy. I will def be making these again. =

I love them! It's more subtle, almost refined compared to most other recipes, yet very tasty! I can't believe I've never added ROASTED garlic before, but it adds a nice garlic-ey sweetness. The mascarpone cheese is a really nice touch compared to the more expected sour cream. I like to bring unique, tasty dishes especially if I'm bringing over sides and this recipe is a keeper! (i might garnish a bit with some chives
