This is the best potato salad I've ever had (so far. I made it for a family gathering and everyone loved it. It's a keeper. A big thumbs up to Bobby Flay! Yum-o!

Out of this world awesome! It?s got the cooling flavors of a good mayonnaise, with the kick of dijon mustard, with the mild heat of chipotle peppers.
I prepared it for my food blog and it turned out great and looks great too:

I thought it was at least slightly edible, but no one I served it to did. My husband said get rid of it however I could. My sister said she wouldn't eat it if I made it again, and my mom just didn't say anything. This is the second BF recipe I have tried that has gone down the garbage disposal. Neither my husband nor I could put our fingers on exactly why, but this salad is just not a good combination of flavors. Don't think I'll be making reservations at any BF restaurant any time soon. Sorry.

This is a good potato salad recipe. The lime is a really important ingredient. The only reason I did not rate it five stars is that it lacked a certain "creaminess" I prefer in a potato salad. Therefore, I added some crumbled Queso Fresco (about 6 oz., which helped it tremendously.

I made them more mashed potato style - this was flavorful and spicy and easy to make.

I have not made this dish yet and I didn't see the show. It says to pour the dressing over 'warm' potatoes. So, you are to eat it while it's warm or do you cool it first. It doesn't say, so I thought I'd ask. In my part of the country, cold potato salad is customary, not hot. I'm sure this is great...can't wait to try it! Thank you!

This is one of the best potatoe salad's that I have ever made and if I coukld have given it more star's, I would have. I made it over the weekend to go with a smoked butt roast and sauted asparagus with oyster mushrooms. Everything was delicious, but the salad was the best! I gave alot of it away to the people in our Muskegon Elk's campground and they all said it was the best as well. I plan on making this alot, as my husband is still raving about it and so is everyone else.

I tried this just because it was from Mesa Grill and it was a great recipe. A salad with lots of flavors and textures going on. Cut back on the mustard tho, as it seemed like quite a bit and thought it would have been overpowering. Served it with his green chili burgers and cole slaw, guacamole and chips and was a terrific party meal. Thanks Bobby.
