    This was delicious and really easy to make. I undercooked the potatoes by about 2 minutes and used a chipotle/adobo paste in place of the puree. Love it! This will definitely be added to my go-to list for potlucks and get-togethers. Thanks!

    I really enjoyed this potato salad. It is very important to follow the ingredient quantities. The one thing the recipe lacked was to cook the potatoes until they are about 90% done. A firmer potato would work very well in this salad. It is definitely spicy and if I make this for a family get together I will have to cut down the spiciness because it's for a palate that is more matured toward spicier foods.

    Holy Moly!!! This was an explosion of falvor! I made this to go along with grilled flank steak and it was so good. We had some friends over and they loved it too. I love trying new recipes, and have yet to be dissappointed by food networks. Thanks Bobby...keep doing what you do;

    Excellent!! I craved this at midnight. Finally, a potato salad that I actually like. My family really liked it too, but are sensitive to the type of spices used in this. The second time I made it, I omitted the cayenne and they loved it. I pulled out some & added a bit of cayenne to just my bowl!! Easy to make and really good.

    Gave this a go as an alternative to the "Cajun Potato Salad" I usually make. It was pretty good, but I think I'll stick with my "regular".

    Living in PA, I've become used to eating German potato salad and tried this because of my love for Southwestern and Mexican food. The final product was delicious, made way more than needed (for 2, and is now my go to potato salad. I used chipotle in adobo, and pureed it with the lime juice, which gives it a great heat. Make this.

    Such an awesome potato salad. I used more chipotle puree and citrus for a better kick and zing...SO GOOD.

    Great recipe. I scaled back the cilantro, because I am not a big fan. I will make it again.

    This potato salad was awesome! I didn't have chipotle puree, so I used a half cup of chipotle mayo with the cup of regular mayo. Tasted great!
