    Great recipe with lots of zing. Added chipotle powder instead of puree and had radishes, so sliced them up and added them as well. I am not a fan of mayonnaise based potato salad, but this one has just the right about of punch and the family approved. Will make again on occasion.

    Bobby does it again. Fabulous! Great combination of flavors. This is absolutely the best potato salad I have ever had. A great change from what we all grown up with over the years. I will share this recipe with all my friends that cook.

    This is awesome. I didn't have the chipotle puree and used dried chipotle chili powder in its place. Had it with a grilled Tri-tip and we all toasted Bobby for such a great recipe.

    Excellent combination and wonderful flavor. I had everything aside from the scallions on hand & I make my own mayo, so I think it tasted fantastic. This recipe halves well. Thanks for a great recipe!
