    Delicious! Be careful before you add salt and pepper, I found no need to and it may be excessive.

    This is one that does not dry out. The flavor's come together perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a different potato salad to try and one that is worth the time and effort. I have NEVER been good at potato salad until I came across this recipe. My 15 year old son makes it himself because he loves it so much.

    Bobby, you are the man! I personally like eggs in my potato salad, so I was a little leery of trying this, but it was awesome. The family hunters had decided to grill their latest 'kill' tonight. These guys are all about meat. I made this potato salad and it was through the roof!! They loved it! You make me look like such a great cook. Thanks

    Bobby, Bobby, Bobby. This is one of THE BEST potato salads, besides my own, I've ever made. It was so delicious. I did reduce the by half of the jalapeno, cayenne and chili powder. I can't wait to make this again.

    Among all the potato salads that Ive made, this one definitely ranks up with my favorites! Bobby Flay never disappoints! I only added a Tbs. of chipotle adobo sauce and it was plenty. It was actually a little to much heat for us. Thats the thing with chipotles, they are always a different heat level. So add it in slowly, little by little til you get your heat level you want. I loved the addition of tomato in this! Ive never had a potato salad with tomato in it. I actually next time may put double the amount. This also would be awesome with bacon in it as well. But I guess that would take away from the whole "southwestern" theme. Great potato salad, its one of my favorites!

    I made Tyler Florence Ultimate Bbq Ribs last night and tried to think of a side dish to go with the ribs and realized there are a couple of red potatoes in the fridge. So i looked up this recipe and tried it out right away. Luckily I had all the ingredients on hand so putting them all together was really quick and easy. The salad came out tasting delicioso. I wouldn't change a thing in the recipe, just enough spice for me. My boyfriend loved it and couldn't stop eating. Definitely I will made this dish again at the next family get-together.

    I've been making this recipe since I was 13, and I wanted to help my dad cook during the summer. I've never met anyone that didn't enjoy it. It's so easy and quick, and the leftovers (if there are any are amazing.
