Yum! We cheated a bit and used ready made beef/pork patties, but otherwise followed the recipe. We do not have a press, so we heated them in foil on the grill. Absolutely amazing! Our kids loved it too - we just gave them a bit less of mustard and mayo.

i havent tried this recipe, but if you watch the video it is different than the written recipe. He doesnt use as much mustard in the video and he uses a cast iron skillet on the grill and the burgers are wrapped with aluminun foil.

Delicious!! Used 1 head of roasted garlic & cut down on the mustard per other reviews. Grilled the burgers then assembled & pressed them in my George Foreman. This is a keeper!!

Love it! Great combination of flavors and nice nod to Cuban cuisine.

I bought my boyfriend Bobby's burger cookbook. This is the first burger we made in it. Everyone loved it and thought it was on the best burgers we ever had!

Definitely take other reviewers advice on adjusting the dijon and the garlic. I wish I had! As it is, the dijon was way too intense. I did really l like the idea of wrapping the burger in foil and pressing it with 2 pans- that worked out great w/ easy clean up!
