Great burger recipe!! The only thing I changed was to toast the rolls ahead of time, assemble the burgers, and then I wrapped them in foil and stuck them in oven for a few minutes to meld together. Yum!!!

I made these Miami Burgers Sunday night...Oh my Goodness they are soooo good. I made the recipe as is (well, okay I may have added an extra clove or two of roasted garlic to the mayo. I toasted the buns just a tiny bit on the BBQ before i assembled the burgers and pressed them on the panini maker. I did not have the problem with a huge amount of grease like someone else did. I will definitely be making these again!

Being from Miami, I've been lucky enough to taste an authentic cuban sandwich. This burger tastes just as good as any cubano I've ever had. I used ground turkey and added a little adobo seasoning to it. I also substituted the roasted garlic with garlic powder (still delicious. If you have a George Foreman and a panini press, you can make this year round.

    AMAZING BURGER!!!

The only problem I had with this was when I pressed the burgers the juice all ran out and made the bottom buns soggy. I even toasted them on both sides to give them a harder texture. I'm going to try this again and use a more substantial hamburger bun. Other than that the flavors were perfect!

Probably the best burgers I've ever cooked. Used garlic power instead of real garlic, and was still great. Might use even more mayo next time on the buns, but the recipe is easy and really yummy.

I really like Bobby Flay's recipes, especially his burgers and thought this would be a hit. We had a burger challenge between my BH and myself and my BH won hands down with his Jamaican Jerk Burger over mine. I even liked his better. I was really disappointed with these, thought they would be more flavorful. Maybe Miracle Whip would have been better instead of Mayo to give it some Zing?
