This is one of the best Salmon marinades I've tried. It's become our "go to" recipe. Love the balance of flavors in the dish. Even the kids get happy when I make this!

This receipe created a good dish, but I literally looked everywhere to find soybean paste! I even went to Seafood City and I was still unsucessful. I ended up using a japanese miso dressing. Is there a particular brand out there- am I missing something? Help!

This is just fabulous! The salmon was delicate and fragrant, and the marinade was not too strong---great flavors. I did four minutes on each side on a hot Hibachi grill, and it was perfect. I liked it with Yuzu juice because of the hint of citrus, but my husband liked it without the Yuzu. I also used wild Alaskan salmon.

This will be my favorite salmon recipe for sure!

I haven't written a review for a recipe before but I just couldn't let this one go. I followed the recipe but substituted sake (on the sweeter side for the mirin because I forgot to pick it up at the store. I was really blown away by this dish and would recommend it to anyone. This is a must try!

It wasn't too difficult to find all the ingredients, with the exception of the white miso paste. I did substitute it with the packets of the miso soup mix and used the seasoned rice wine vinegar (its what I had in my kitchen cabinet. I served it with white rice and grilled asparagus. My son couldn't eat enough and my daughters plate had nothing left on it.

This flavor is great and the ingredients is very common in the Asian Food Isle, espeically if you go to a Japanese foods store only. I would recommend this to anyone in a hurry to just put in tin foil and bake with the salmon if you are short on time and the flavor will still be there and the sauce is great

This is a wonderful recipe - it's among the best salmon recipe I have ever found. The flavor is terrific and the marinade makes the salmon incredibly moist. We accidentally used Ponzu instead of Mirin and it was still terrific! I would recommend for any occasion!
