Awesome, everyone loved them so much they made me make a second pitcher. I didn't add the full amount of rum and they were still super strong.

These are ridiculously good. I also made them for cinch de mayo but unlike the other reviewer, there wasn't any left to have the next day. Big hit, will definitely make these all summer long.

I really enjoyed this for cinqo de Mayo and think it will be a great summertime cocktail. It's totally refreshing and fun to experiment with different types of mint available these days...I made a pitcher of it but left out the soda to be added individually to the guest's preference. This way the guest could control the strength of their drink and it was fine the next day, too.

I'm not crazy about rum, so I made it with vodka. It is also good with 1/2 vodka and 1/2 limocello.

Great Recipe! Only used 750mL of rum and would suggest using different flavors of rum for a twist. Used Malibu Pineapple rum and it came out excellent!

I made this recipe for a family BBQ, and it was a great hit! I cut the rum down by half (1 liter for 8 servings seemed very excessive, and made a separate pitcher with no alcohol (replaced the rum with more club soda, for the non-drinkers. Both received lots of compliments! This is definitely a do-over recipe, the simple syrup made it so easy and exceptionally tasty.

I made these for a dinner party, and they were a big hit! For the non-drinkers in the group, we made the exact same recipe, except we increased the soda water and added in some 7-Up. The lime syrup was great...no grittiness in the drink, waiting for the sugar to dissolve. This is the process I will use from now on to make any summer drinks (including lemonade.
