I used the glaze on a pork tenderloin and we grilled it whole. We did not make skewers and I did not use any olive oil on the meat, just brushed the glaze on while grilling. Our whole family loved it.

Lamb-sicles and the Pork Skewers were a knockout, great for when you are having friends over... Guys appreciate the meat on a stick and girls think its fancy to be eating lamb... go figure.

This glaze was great, and something different for pork, which we eat pretty often. We actually made the recipe with pork chops (although I think tenderloin would have been better.

The glaze was intense, but not overwhelming; it was a nice change. I really liked the sweetness paired with the pungent dijon mustard.

This was a terrific recipe! My fiance is a very picky eater. He ate everything on on his plate. I am sure that even kids would love the similarities to honey mustard sauce...with more of a zing.

Even my picky kids loved it. It smells really good while cooking. This is a go to meal for sure. So incredibly easy! I didn't have to go out and buy anything special. I had everything right in my refrigerator.

Made this recipe without cutting the tenderloin into medallions & without skewering - added S&P to 1 lb tenderloin, pan seared it, roasted it, added glaze last 5-7min so it wouldn't burn. Flavors complement each other well, but with all the sugars, does end in a somewhat messy/sticky clean up.
